Delivery

Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Your order will generally arrive within 1 to 2 business days, depending on your country of residence.

Shipping method

If the product's weight (less than 2KG) and volume (fit through a letterbox) allow it, your order will be shipped as letterbox mail. Your shipping method selection is automatically determined during checkout.

Delivery costs

Free shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium from €30, standard rates apply for other countries.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as www.stooox.com has covered the shipping costs. In the event of damage and/or defects not caused by the customer's fault, www.stooox.com will reimburse the return shipping costs.
